After getting the notification the National Commission:a) informs and consults the public on got notification;
b) asks for approval of central authorities on environment, economy, agriculture and processing industry, health and consumer protection;
c) in 10 days from the moment of notification receiving, informs the public. It takes evidence of public appeals on information obtaining;
d) places in the same terms the documents on notification on Website of the Central Body on environment;
e) the public comments has an consulting character and are taken in 30 days from its information, and are taken into consideration by National Commission in making decisions on solicited activity. Depending on taken comments there could be organized public audiences on all aspects of the examined problems.
In maximum 90 days from the moment of notification receiving, National Commission informs the user, mentioning that:
a) the got notification is in accordance with legislation’s dispositions;
b) user must present additional information;
c) the proposed activity doesn’t fulfill the conditions that are stipulated in Law on Biological Security and of the present regalement, and the notification is rejected; or
d) the proposed activity is not stipulated in Law on Biological Security and of the present regalement.
Calculating the period of 90 days there will not be included the periods of time in which National Commission:
a) waits other information that could be asked from user;
b) waits for approval from approved institutions;
c) makes a public inquiry, consults other organizations and/or public.
